39Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit charitable organization based in Ontario, California, devoted to creating equal opportunities through education. We believe that learning is not a privilege—it is a right. Every child, regardless of background, deserves the tools and spaces that make learning possible.
What began as small acts of helping under-resourced schools has grown into a movement that blends education, compassion, and consistency. We exist to turn the simple act of giving into a long-term promise—to keep supporting, month after month, year after year.

The story of 39Foundation began in a classroom. Our founders saw the gap between what students needed and what schools could provide. Desks were broken, computers were outdated, and yet the students’ spirit to learn never faded.
That spirit became our inspiration. We started by providing furniture and equipment for schools, then extended our help to teachers who nurture curiosity and resilience. Over time, we also began partnering with local churches and families—offering furniture, comfort, and a renewed sense of belonging to those who needed it most.

Our mission is to make education accessible, environments dignified, and compassion a daily habit. We work to remove barriers that keep students from learning by equipping classrooms with desks, chairs, and technology; by supporting teachers who make learning possible; and by helping families create stable homes that sustain children’s growth.
Education remains our core, but our mission extends further. Through charity events, church partnerships, and monthly donations to respected global organizations, we continue to practice the same belief in broader ways: that steady, thoughtful giving can connect classrooms, communities, and the world.

Our work spans three dimensions—education, community, and global giving.
In education, we improve learning spaces for schools that need them most.
In community, we help churches and families with furniture and supplies that restore comfort and dignity.
And globally, we have been making monthly donations to UNICEF USA, the World Resources Institute, and the California Fire Foundation—supporting children’s rights, environmental sustainability, and disaster recovery.
Every one of these efforts shares the same heart: helping people rebuild, learn, and rise with hope.

We envision a world where learning is never limited by circumstance, where every student has access to education, and where communities grow through compassion rather than competition.
We believe that the truest form of change begins quietly—with steady acts of generosity that create ripples far beyond what we see. Our long-term vision is to keep building those ripples—expanding from local schools to national programs, and from our California roots to global partnerships.

Since our founding, 39Foundation has supported schools and communities across multiple regions. We have funded long-term donations to two schools for a decade, launched student and teacher awards, donated technology and furniture to classrooms, and supported church-based outreach projects.
At the international level, our monthly giving continues to aid organizations that protect children, heal the planet, and stand beside those rebuilding their lives. Each contribution—big or small—is part of one continuous story: the belief that consistency is the quietest but strongest form of care.
