Inspiring talks and a first digital center

In June 2025, 39Foundation visited two partner schools in the Zhanjiang region—a middle school and a high school—to host a series of education-themed keynote talks and to support improvements to their learning environments. The multi-school program brought together perspectives from different generations to discuss resilience, learning, and opportunity.

• Yanze — My American Life

Speaking as a U.S. high school student, Yanze shared his experiences studying and growing up in the United States. He discussed adaptation, responsibility, and the importance of education in expanding one’s future. His message encouraged students to view learning as a path toward confidence and broader horizons.

• Yuehai — The Meaning of Reading

As a business leader and long-time supporter of education, Yuehai spoke about the lifelong value of reading and knowledge. He emphasized how learning shapes not only professional ability but also character, resilience, and personal perspective.

• Zhenli — The Founding Story of the School

As the founding principal of Dongjian Middle School, Zhenli shared the school’s origins and vision. His remarks connected past and present, reminding students that opportunity is built through dedication, fairness, and continuous effort.

Together, these talks formed a meaningful dialogue on growth and the purpose of education.

As part of the same initiative, 39Foundation donated 24 computers to establish the school’s first digital learning center. This milestone project opens access to modern technology and creates lasting possibilities for students in years to come.
